Rules of Conduct


When participating in communication, you are responsible for how you express yourself. You may not use language that could be offensive or vulgar to others, whether it is provoked or unprovoked.

Hate speech and discriminatory language, such as xenophobic, racist, and sexist speech is inappropriate, as is any obscene or disruptive language.

Threatening or harassing another player is always unacceptable, regardless of the nature of the language used, tone and repetitiveness of the threats or harassment.

Violating any of these expectations will result in a temporary account ban. More serious and repeated violations will result in greater punishments and may result in a permanent ban of your account.


Any name the player has the ability to customize — such as Name Tags, or Clan Name — must be appropriate and inoffensive. Any name that violates our standards or disrupts the community will be changed automatically without warning.

It is prohibited to use names that can be used to impersonate a member of the staff, including “GM” “CM” “Mod” and any variation of terms related to the management or staff of the game. Any nickname found or reported containing these terms will be renamed without prior notice.


You are responsible for how you and your account are represented in the game. Cheating in any fashion will result in immediate action. Using third-party programs to automate any facet of the game, exploiting bugs, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage is considered cheating and could lead to a lifetime ban of the account and/or your PC.

Any form of promotion of cheats is considered an offense and will be punished accordingly. Hack promotion could also lead to a lifetime ban of the involved accounts.

Exploiting other players is an equally serious offense. Account sharing or selling, win-trading, and anything else that creates an unfair gaming experience for other players will receive harsh penalties such as an account reset or ban. This will be applied to players as well as to clans.

Please note that if your clan is caught cheating in any way, for example using hacks or boosting, your clan may lose all XP, rank points, and become ineligible for all further rewards from events. The penalties on the clan caught cheating are not limited to the mentioned above, and may lead the disbandment of the clan as well as all the players involved to the clan even once having joined can be banned permanently.

In all cases in which an experience deduction is due as part of a punishment, the staff’s criteria will be used based on each particular case.


Behavior that intentionally detracts from others’ enjoyment such as: AFK, leaving games in competitive, supporting the enemy, smurfing, circumventing a penalty by creating another account, etc. is unacceptable. Excessive occasions will result in a permanent ban of your account.

Discrimination, Racism, Sexism will not be tolerated, excessive behavior will result in a permanent ban of your account.

Acceptable behavior is determined by player reports and the staff’s decision, and violating these guidelines will result in account restrictions.


The GMs are the designated staff to enforce this Code of Conduct and Punishment Policy. Any threat, insult, harassment, name shaming, or any other form of attack towards the GMs, or any other Black Squad staff, is forbidden and will lead to penalties according to each case.
